Scrip + 1 Serving Liquid Glucosamine/Chondroiten/MSM blend

I'm probably going to Ireland the first week in September, and I know I have school that following weekend... I just can't remember beyond that. That is so cool though that you are doing this. I'll get my act together once my school is done next March. I just don't have the time. I'm so envious of you! :)

1 tsp (5g) of Creatine in Water

3pm
~ 3 cups romaine lettuce + 1 oz bell pepper + 2 oz cucumber + 5/8 oz radish
3 oz COS Pouch Salmon
1.5 tblsp Newman's Own LF Sesame Ginger Dressing + 1 tblsp ACV

**Feeling pretty good for Day 2 of Low Carb, so I'm gonna try hitting the gym tonite......

I don't think the pics show it (my Digi camera SUCKS!!) but I think some of my muscles are bigger...... I can see some more definition in myself that I don't think shows up on the pics....

**Felt good during the walk to & from the gym & during the workout. No weird feelings from the creatine, no stomach cramps......

1 scoop Sportpharma Choc. PP + water + 1/2 cup skim milk

7:45pm
5.75oz grilled chicken + Mrs Dash
1 cup snow peas + 8 broccoli florets + 1 oz onion + 2 oz red bell pepper + 1/2 tblsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce + pepper + Mrs Dash + hot red pepper flakes
1 tblsp Safflower Oil
1 Diet 7UP

8pm
1/3 cup SF Orange Jello

2 Tblsp. Trader Joe's Crunchy Almond Butter
1 Scoop Sportpharma Choc. PP + water

Totals: 1612 cals, 62g fat/35% (11g sat/6%, 18g poly/10%, 21g mono/12%) 57g carb/10%, 17g fiber, 207g protein/54%
