8:35am -- Went for a Run/Walk down the Riverfront.....
Ran a total of 4 cycles, walked the remainder of the time....Wasn't feeling it..
**Kept regurgitating the CB -- NOT pleasant!!
HR Monitor shows 178 cals burned

9:30am
8oz (flesh + juice) grapefruit
1/2 cup dry oats + 1/2 cup skim milk + 2 packets Splenda + Cinnamon
6 egg whites + 1 egg yolk
1 Diet Pepsi

11am
**Still have heartburn from the CB....blech!!

12:00 noon
3 3/8oz leftover chicken + 1 hardboiled egg
1 tblsp Kraft Free Honey Dijon Dressing + 1 tblsp ACV
2 cups romaine lettuce + 3/4oz radish + 1 oz red bell pepper + 2 oz cucumber
3oz apple with skin
1 Diet Sprite

2 Tums EX (the heartburn continues)

**Very tired today.....going to skip the Stacker since it's 1pm already & I haven't taken it and want to be able to sleep tonite....
