LOL it's funny - a guy at my gym asked how I did & I told him I won Ms. NCC & about the other placings then said "From now on you need to bow to me! And I'm going to wear a crown to the gym!!" :lmao:

But yes, I almost can't believe I did it!! What a concept!! When I first came to EF I had NO desire to compete - now I've done TWO shows!! WOW!!

Squat/Leg Raise on Step: 3x25* *each leg
Wall Sits: 3 sets of 1 min. each
Calf Raises using Smith Machine on Step: 110lbs - Toes Fwd - 1x30; Toes Facing Out - 1x30; Toes Facing In - 1x30
Step Ups w/15lb DBs: 1x20*, 1x15*, 1x16* *each leg
Leg Extensions: 90lbs - 4x10
Lying Leg Curls: 50lbs - 1x15; 60lbs - 1x15, 1x15

1 Vit C + 1 B-Complex

1 Turkey Burger
1.5 cups fresh steamed green beans
Red wine vinegar + black pepper + red pepper flakes

3/4 oz. dry roasted unsalted whole almonds

NOPE!! Didnt' fall over & my legs are sooooooorrrre!!!

The trophy is 8 feet!

Put the backseat down in the Explorer & stuck it in top first - which rested on the console in between the front seats - then I was able to close the back. I was surprised it fit!
