in , and would like some more details on diet in terms of meals every now and then please !!
Well I eat 6 meals a day and they are spread out every 3 hrs. I only do two protein shakes a day. One for breakfast and one post workout. Everything else is solid food.
Meal 1
2 scoops whey w/1cup of milk
1 cup dry oats w/2 tbsp peanut butter& 2 tbsp strawberry preserves
Meal 2
10 oz lean hamburger
1 cup dry oats w/2 tbsp strawberry preserves
Meal 3
10 oz chicken breast
1 cup (dry) white rice
Meal 4
2 cans bumblebee tuna w/2 tbsp mayo & 1 tbsp mustard
4 slices orowheat whole grain bread
Meal 5
Rebuilt mass wheight gainer shake w/1 cup milk
Meal 6
10 oz chicken
2 slices orowheat whole grain bread w/1 tbsp mayo& 1 tbsp mustard
1 cup of non fat plain Greek yogurt
All the milk is 2% and the mayo is the Kraft mayo made with olive oil. Pretty much all I drink is water with the occasional cup of coffee or sugar free rockstar. Lol. I dont think I left anything off. If I did I will be sure to add it!
