Ha ha ha ha!! I wish man!! My goal for this off season is 235-240lbs and I want to keep my no more than 15%. I think its doable for sure. If I gain any more it will just be extra! Lol.

Thanks!! I really appreciate your kind words! If I can educate, help, or inspire at least one person that makes me happy. A large part of what I do is for myself but I also live to teach, inspire, and help others! That is the main reason I became a personal trainer. Seeing another person's success is one of the most fulfilling things there is!

Definitely seems possible, if your already sitting at 221 one week out. I wouldn't be surprised if you gained even more

Well I am actually right at 213 now but I got as heavy as 226 last off season so I dont see why I can't at least get 10lbs over that. That's what I am shooting for at least. The weight has been coming back on very nicely and if this continues I should be back to 220 in no time! Then its just a matter of waiting til October. Lol

I have legs later today!! Its an all day event trying to get myself psyched up for them. Its an extreme love-hate relationship. Lol. Working them right completely kills your whole body but nothing feels better than coming out of the hole with some heavy ass weight on your back! Shut up and squat!!

What is your favorite exercise to build tree trunk legs?!

Thanks bud! I really appreciate your support!! I am a good old fashion squat guy. I try to get into the front squats but just can't! Nothing works the lower body better than some deep ass to grass squats!

Love these logs man read the last one from front to back I myself would love to compete one day soon maybe in a year trying to cut currently the clean bulk would you say doing your cardio fasted helped like no other ?(except for diet of course)

I am glad u are enjoying reading my logs! That only keeps me motivated to keep on logging. Lol. I am glad u want to compete. Its hard work but an absolute blast! If u need any help feel free to ask! Fasted cardio is def the best for melting away the fat! You dont need to do anything crazy either! Just low intensity fasted cardio for about 30 mins is all u need.
