Jcm's road to the 2013 npc Southern Classic!

in , and would like some more details on diet in terms of meals every now and then please !!

Well I eat 6 meals a day and they are spread out every 3 hrs. I only do two protein shakes a day. One for breakfast and one post workout. Everything else is solid food.

Meal 1
2 scoops whey w/1cup of milk
1 cup dry oats w/2 tbsp peanut butter& 2 tbsp strawberry preserves

Meal 2
10 oz lean hamburger
1 cup dry oats w/2 tbsp strawberry preserves

Meal 3
10 oz chicken breast
1 cup (dry) white rice

Meal 4
2 cans bumblebee tuna w/2 tbsp mayo & 1 tbsp mustard
4 slices orowheat whole grain bread

Meal 5
Rebuilt mass wheight gainer shake w/1 cup milk

Meal 6
10 oz chicken
2 slices orowheat whole grain bread w/1 tbsp mayo& 1 tbsp mustard
1 cup of non fat plain Greek yogurt

All the milk is 2% and the mayo is the Kraft mayo made with olive oil. Pretty much all I drink is water with the occasional cup of coffee or sugar free rockstar. Lol. I dont think I left anything off. If I did I will be sure to add it!

Chest workout went great today!! I felt super strong and had a great pump!! I will cut to the chase...

So I felt very strong today and the workout was a blast! hopefully this momentum keeps up!! I am right at 213lbs now and steadily on the rise! Time to kill this off season!

You're going to be tossing around weights I would only dream of touching man

U can get there man! Just keep killing the iron!! It will come. My powerlifting background really helps and I am naturally fairly strong so it helps. Lol

So for any of u wondering...the cycle I am planning on running is something like this

Week 1-12 450mg eq
Week 1-12 400mg test e
Week 1-8 250mg deca
Week 1-4 50mg anadrol daily

*I am not completely settled on the deca dose and I might run the test and eq a bit longer...maybe 14-16 weeks...not quite sure though.

Of course I have prami and liquidex on hand as well as clomid, daa, and post cycle/unleashed (or something similar) for my pct. I will most likely try to pick up some n2guard and also run along with the cycle.

I have largely been considering cruising on a low dose of test after my off season bulker but I haven't quite made up my mind. I know I seem a little young but as a lot of u guys know, I am looking to go pro one day so blasting and cruising is inevitable. Lol. Not sure if I want to take the plunge this early though. That decision is still in the air.
