Ive never been so fucking angry in my life!!

Thiers plenty of good shit you can do at home. I know some of my favorites are: working the tricep by sitting on the edge of your bench or a short table and then putting your feet up on something about the same height. Have your legs stretched out and then lift your self up and down with your arms. I also like to do push ups at home, but with my feet and legs elevated. Of coarse it's always good to have a weight set at home as well.

I Keep 2 barbells and a tricep bar under my bed! "barbells are fixed weight of 45lbs each, and tri i got about 80lbs on so i can just do some simple Bi-curls And tri extentions...when i need to blow a nut ! Thats kind of like wathchin Nip tuck last night, there was this Bangin hot chick on there,Fuckin looked like a Dirty Pig, but smokin,to good to be true, i was about ready to lick the TV screen after my wife was snoaring and told me to leave her alone, so fuck it, i had to let one go on her, wonder how that hair looked when she got up for work.(she was out cold...)LOLOL
 
Get underneath the rear axle of your car and try and bench that fucking thing a few times.

But seriously good advice from everyone. Try and rack off 200 pushups in a row will calm you down real quick. Then do a handstand against the wall and do as many push ups from there as you can. Go to the garage and do as many pull ups as you can.

Now you have just hit your upper body in a completely different way than normal and for sure blew off steam at the same time.

Then lose about 10 pounds fucking the shit out of some chick and you should be good to go until then next time the gym closes at 6pm.

Make sure you find out those holiday hours bro. That could be a bad scene finding out they are closed early next Wednesday and Friday.
 
24 hour fitness, never closed.... no prob... or go to an apt complex and workout.. they usually have dumbells in addition to the stupid machines.
