Its time to kick it into high gear!
Who is going to step up the cardio and tighten up the diet even further for summer?
Tomorrow is day one of cardio for me.
Starting tomorrow gives us three months before June. A lot can be accomplished.
Anyone else want to make that extra push? Post up! :)

I'm freaking out already.
My diet is pretty good, but I have to switch my training routine. I've been doing weights 3 times a week (every other day), and cardio 6days. Im actually looking for a new program, might go back to 3 days on- one off. OHH and I'm definitely going for my first cycle. Enough already, I've been doing research for a over a year-I think Im ready! I will make a thread when I start.

yeah! i'll definitly be fallowing up when you do your cycle, awesome!

this thread has got me all excited. my goal for march is to drop another 2% bodyfat and gain 3-5 pounds of muscle. i think its veeeery doable and i'm going to make it happen!!
 
That would be me! I need to kick it up a notch with cardio and a new routine by next week. My comp day is April 25th and that gives me 8 more weeks to go.
I'm glad you made this thread. It will keep me accountable.

I'm 1 week away from vacation and also close to my birthday!! Also~ it's almost spring!!!!!
I'm going to be good on vacation but I'll really get down to business when I get back.
March really get's me pumped.

yes, be good! my birthday is two weeks as well. i've been doing good these past couple weeks, i'm planning on being super good for the next 2 weeks so i can have some b-day cake!lol

i'm going to experiment with lower body, upper body days instead of focusing on particular muscle groups. i'll just do whole upper body day, then lower body day.

I'm trying, but i regressed into pizza and cheesesteaks this weekend :)

It's march now, there's no more winter based excuses anymore. I don't care how much snow is on the ground.
 
Yes I start to cut in 4 weeks, Im going on holiday end of july and again beginning of end of august and probably some time around easter, I dont care about bein cut for easter cuz I wont be in the sea much but hell yeah I was loose some BF by end of july
 
I want my abs back by June. I can see the outline of them now. I am right at 250. 230 is my goal. I need to rebuild all that was lost from surgery and not working out too!

hey slat- March is a tough month to start a serious diet-

1. The World cup rugby sevens tourny is on & rugby means drinking alot!

2. March Madness. nuff said :)

3. St. Patricks Day. Guiness, black & tans, Irish car bombs.

just put me down for the cardio push for March!~ lol
 
Due to work I have not been to the gym once this week! :(
I have kept up with my green tea intake and also kept the diet strait. I can see the difference from that alone.
I can't wait to see the results when I get back in there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

with the help of these wonderful people here, especially ironwings, i have been able to stay motivated and on track. hopefully by the ned of this month i will be ble to see great results.
They say things take about 20 days to became a habit...
I am glad to have found this page and people that tryly want to help one another, not a very commom thing this days.
 
I am a chubette right now and with all the hols/travelling I have done, training has suffered.

I just got back from the US, last week was Vegas with the all you can eat buffets, 'nuff said. ;)

It has been great but I need to get back to normal.

I am off to NZ in 8 weeks and I want to be able to walk without that litte jiggle in my belly and to get back into some of my great jeans.
