According to a number of Israeli and American intelligence community insiders, the Mossad - Israel's version of the CIA - is planning to send out hit squads to "eliminate targets" in countries all over the world, including the United States of America. This is part of the new, aggressive tack favored by Meir Dagan, the Mossad's new director. PM Ariel Sharon approves of the program, and has granted "a huge budget increase" for the project

Who are they planning to kill, though? I think the message is that Israel won't allow radical Arab terrorist groups to take refuge in any country.
