Thursday and Friday
Same as Monday and Tuesday with minimum changes in routine namely deadlifts for squats.

If, you want to see the excercises I have listed for the muscle groups, I have another thread in here, but it isn't getting any attention.

I just want to know if grouping these groups together is a good idea? Thanks

Well, Should I put shoulders on Chest day and move biceps and traps to day two? I think the shoulders should be on bench day myself, but if I added them there without moving something else to it original place, the days would be offsetting.
 
mon-sq with leg assitance and back work

wens- bp with tri assitance and delt work

fri- dl with leg assitance and back work

sat- light bp and tri work
