I had gyno on 3 differant occasions during and a little after pueberty. Back then I never touched gear or even any type of supplement.
Last year I picked up some Nor-19 and took a bottle of it. It didn't do much of anything. A month later I got on my first cycle, 50mg Winny (Zambon) EOD for 8 weeks. Great experience, good gains. 4 months after that, being stupid, I got another bottle of Nor-19. During the last week of my Nor-19 I developed a small lump under my right nipple, and soon after the other side developed. Now i've been told that Winny and Nor-19 both can't cause gyno, but I got it from one or the other. (Im blaming my poor genetics, and the Nor-19).
I had gyno surgery 4 months ago (That's a whole differant story). After the surgery my left side looks just as it did before all the supplements and juice, but my right side is a little puffy. I realize now the reason why...
When you first get gynecomastia the hard tissue develops. As time goes on that hard tissue will slowly expand and soften. This is when your peck turns into a "bitch tit". When I got the gyno after the Nor-19, my right side developed the lump sooner, thus it started to expand and turn into a fatty deposit sooner then my left side.
My surgeon felt that I didn't need lipo because I had a low bf% and very little fat around my peck. It turns out, yes, I did need lipo, and if I had gotten lipo id have a perfect chest. My left side, which developed the lump after the right, had very little fatty tissue, so by just cutting out the hard tissue it looks fine. The right side on the other hand could have used a little lipo. Even after removing the hard tissue, it is still slightly puffed, and cone shaped.
I've also looked at many pictures of my chest back when I was younger. In every picture my nipples don't look 100% normal. I've always had a slightly "coned" nipple. The only differance now is that now I know what "gyno" is, and now im constantly staring at my nipples being very criticle of them.
The bottom line is, I bet that if most of you didn't know what gyno was, and didn't stare at your nipples constantly you wouldn't be as upset over it, and most likely wouldn't even notice it. It's most likely in your mind... Some of you may be like myself. You may have had natural gyno at pueberty (and don't even remeber it), which is the cause of your coned shape nips. Or else it could just be your body and the way you are.
Half of me is furious because I paid all this money to get surgery and Im not satisfied, but the other half is saying "I look the same way now as i did 3 years ago before I even knew what gyno was, and I was happy then"
Gyno surgery is nothing fun. I was out of the gym for a full month, had to wear an uncomfortable compression vest, and was in pain for a week. It was also very expensive. Keep in mind also, alot of people that get the surgery aren't satisfied afterwards. Some get nasty scars, others get inverted or ugly looking nipples. Or in my case, some get a less then perfect job (Which i realize now isn't the worst thing at all). On a brighter note, some get great jobs and are extremely please with the results.
I saw my surgeon yesterday and told him how I was concerned about the right side of my chest. He offered to go back in an do some lipo, but I didn't express any intrest. No, Im not 100% happy with my chest or my nipples, but at the same time im not ready at this point to go jumping into surgery again. Im currently on a Yohimbine/Nolv/Armidex stack to try and reduce the puffiness in my right nipple. It's only been 4 days but im seeing some results already.
Take a look how many people on this board alone have this problem. It's not something uncommon. If you are truely miserable about your chest and feel you can't stand it anymore, you may want to consider surgery. But if you are like me, and it's something you are making into a huge deal, try not to obbsess over it (It's not worth it), and it's most likely not as big of a deal as you are making it out to be.
I'll let you all know how my yohimbine is going over the next few weeks...
