Is This Gyno Or Fat?

I know no one wants to hear this, but I have the same problem. Maybe we could start a support group J/K. I do the same thing bar room does. I hate when you go out and are looking good, but you have a little puffiness in the nipples. It is not that big of a deal, but it just bugs the shit out of me.

i got the pointed cone shaped pec from my last cycle. got the shit from tren. i am doing winny along with nolva and arimidex and they are sarting to look normal again. i hope they will get completely back to normal. i am also rubbing yohimine on the nips and it seems to be helping. if you dont feel any lumps its probably just estrogen fat, and nolva, arimidex and lots of cardio will probably do the trick. if the lumps appear, then you have problems.

Do these nipple problem tend to get worse when you listen to Backstreet Boys or Ricky Martin?

If so .... then its probably another issue entirely.

I have the same problem, especially when bulking. It goes away when I get down to around 10% bf.
Right now I'm @ 236lbs 15%bf and its not terrible but it still bothers me.

Same problem here. I feel your pain guys. I'm about to start a winny, arimidex cycle to get body fat down. Hopefully it will go away.

I've also got this problem...I read awhile back about some guys that were going to try cutting gel on their nips to see if that would help...anyone have any feedback on this? I've also read prep-h helping ged rid of that fat...but I'd guess only temporary? Pgf-2 site-injections might also be an option..but not very safe...Anyone with personal experiences on this? I'm sure we would all appreciate the info...this shit bugs the hell out of me

Same problem with me fellas but just on one of my nips. No pain, no itching, no lumps etc, I just hate it. I am having an ultrasound on the breast area and my doc wants to see if there is any kind of obstruction but he told me it should just go a way naturally but we will see; wish i could just get rid of it now. I'll see if he puts me on an anti-E hoping it is that simple and I will let ya guys know

yup, same here. it's funny though, cause there's no sensitivity or lumps, just puffy..... when i flex the chest, it gets hard... dunno... could be water, no?

Me too! You really think we all have gyno? Come on, it is obviously a place that we store some fat. If I was leaner i would bet it goes away. The pros with gyno have it even at contest time, and when you lift your arm back behind your head and stretch out the pec. If you are doing that and still have a lump it is probably gyno.
