Lol, no bro I didn't say that. I was still lifting 6 days a week of course, and I have a high metabolism to begin with. It takes a good 3500/day just to maintain weight, I don't even diet on less than 3000. Also I ran it 2iu ed, 7days a week, not 5on 2off. Normally I would have gained a few lbs of fat on that many crappy calories but this time I didn't. Not a big difference, but noticeable. And I used Nutropin AQ, good stuff.

Ok, that makes a lot more sense. And I can definitely identify with the high metabolism. Great for staying lean, but can be a real pain in the ass while trying to bulk.
 
BW1, you asked about my stats, diet, etc.

Here we go ....

DIET

1800 calories per day

About 300 calories 6 meals a day, fairly balanced low GI carbs and quality protein. Small amounts of healthy fats. Try to get at least some vegies and fruit twice a day.

SUPPLEMENTS:

What I said before and ...

Cirtulline
Milk Thistle
Saw Palmetto
R-ALA (200mg almost every meal)
Glutamine (about 10 grams a day)

ROUTINE:

3 days weights, 3 days high intensity cardio
Every night a bit of light cardio and jump rope throughout the day to keep metabolism high

Weights - a 3 day split - 5 exercises on each body part with very high intensity superset at the end of each. I work out with a partner and go past failure to forced reps at least the last two sets (last regular set and superset).

For my cardio days I do 21 minutes of "high point" training, where I ramp up the inensity in 4 sets of intervals. It's very intense.

STATS:

Now, please cut me some slack. I'm a fat fuck right now, but I used to be a soldier for 10 years and super fit. I had some injuries etc. that kept me on my ass. Whatever the excuse I'm a fat fuck now.

Weight: 204 pounds
BF: 27%

I was 212 pounds when I stared this one month ago.

OK, here's what I think. Looks like you have been off due to injuries and got out of shape. It's good to see you want to do something about it. You don't need gear right now. Keep your diet tight and training hard, drop your BF down get some training time under your belt. Do some research on AAS and then decide on a cycle. Stick around Elite there is alot of helpful bro's here. Good Luck.

I'm going to keep on this like a crazy mofo and will post my results somewhere as I go.

I'll consider what you said about staying off any gear for now. I guess I'm just so eager to get the fat off that I'm looking for any boost. I know there are no substitutes for hard work and diet, and I'm definitely solid there.

Might try a CKD for a couple weeks to see if that speeds things up. Also, there is a place here in South Beach that does collagenase mesotherapy, so I'm going to give that a shot, too (not very invasis and will not interfere with my gym time).

with the gh it will take 6 monthes to really burn fat..it starts at month 3 and the first 2 monthes gh bloats you.....clen and t3 will do the trick

Hey Radar,

As you can see, my diet is rock solid (unless you find something wrong with it, and if you do, speak up, son).

I have also stated I know there aren't any substitutes for diet and hard work. My diet has been solid and I've "killed that shit" and sweat blood 6 days a week in the gym. The fact that I've lost 8 punds of bodyfat in a month is a clear testament to that fact.
