word of wisdom: winstrol MUST be injected a minimum of EOD(every other day)....so you do not have 3 months i.e 12 weeks of winstrol....thats too long anyway.....so you got 1200 mg of winny...at 50mg EOD thats 7 weeks EOD, if im not mistaken..

GH should be ramped up if using for bodybuilding...starting at 2 is a good number go up to where sides arent bad...i wouldnt suggest any higher than six...go to intenst-training.com for great in detailed desrciption of GH use. it in the "intense anabolic profiles" section in the steroids forum...

next, take those 4-AD, and all that other junk and find a big trash bag. fill the trash bag up with that shit cause thats exactly what it is, shit.

next, look into getting some test....preferably test enanthate, or cypionate. 400mg EW should be more than enough

make it a 8-10 wk cycle....start winny in the begining or the end of the cycle. i suggest the end. i.e wks 1-8 400mg test e wks 3-10 winny...

go to the pct forum and learn about pct....get some nolva and anti aromitise, like arimide for on cycle....the pct forum will cover pct in full....

There is no debate. 50mg of winstrol twice a week is a waste of gear. 2iu of gh for 3months is almost a complete waste. If you want to throw away your gear, then package it up and ship it to me. I'll make sure it's used correctly.
 
bicepts is very correct on this. take your prohormones and trash that shit, all you're gonna do is screw up yourself with side effects on that crap. winny is liver toxic and should not be used for more 5-6 weeks. and it needs to be taken every day to be useful, or at the least EOD like bi said. get your diet/training in check. use a low dose of test and winny the same way that bicepts said to and you should be well on your way, w/a lot less of the crap that you suggested. keep it simple broman. that is the best way. and by the way, bicepts is a scrawny pussy, you can beat his ass, and i know where he lives. :):):)
 
I'll have to disagree on one thing, Outlaw specifically. 2iu GH for 3 months isn't a waste. I did exactly that and got respectable results. Kept me from gaining an ounce of fat while bulking, actually I think I lost an inch on my waist while eating 4500 cals/day. If I'd been dieting it certainly would have enhanced fat loss. I agree that 50mg 2x per week of winny is pretty much useless, but 2iu gh for 3 months is very useful, not almost completely useless. At least, that's how it was for me :)

Like I said, not a complete waste as I'm sure some people would get something out of it, albeit minimal. But if you're telling me that 2iu of gh (used 5on 2off for 3months) kept you from gaining an once of fat on a bulking diet of 4500cals all by itself.... coupled with the idea of you being able to sit around and eat pizza and hamburgers all day... Im sorry but I'd have to call b.s.

But.. no offense bro. If you do speak the truth, email me with the type of gh you used cause I'd defenitely be interested.
 
Lol, no bro I didn't say that. I was still lifting 6 days a week of course, and I have a high metabolism to begin with. It takes a good 3500/day just to maintain weight, I don't even diet on less than 3000. Also I ran it 2iu ed, 7days a week, not 5on 2off. Normally I would have gained a few lbs of fat on that many crappy calories but this time I didn't. Not a big difference, but noticeable. And I used Nutropin AQ, good stuff.
