I'll have to disagree on one thing, Outlaw specifically. 2iu GH for 3 months isn't a waste. I did exactly that and got respectable results. Kept me from gaining an ounce of fat while bulking, actually I think I lost an inch on my waist while eating 4500 cals/day. If I'd been dieting it certainly would have enhanced fat loss. I agree that 50mg 2x per week of winny is pretty much useless, but 2iu gh for 3 months is very useful, not almost completely useless. At least, that's how it was for me
