Is 100mg oxandrolone okay to run solo for strength while cutting hard?

age 45
weight 265
training off and on for 25 years
currently coming back from a two year hiatus

wanting strength back as well as no blood pressure issues ...on meds currently

the question is? can i run 100mg a day of oxandrolone and if so, how long
could that be maintained in your opinion without obvious health issues?

or can i go higher or should stay lower?

i want the goal to be weight: 235
i want strength thru the roof
 
I'm no expert but if you just got back in the gym I would just train hard for a while before hitting the gear.

And in regards to the goal its going to be all about the diet not the gear to help you get to 235. What the BF%?
 
assuming that by "cutting hard" you mean severly undereating because you're fat and want to rush things - the answer is no, with such approach no matter what steroid and how much of it you take will not help much with strenght
 
and it will play havoc with your cholesterol..

if you are dead set against test, i'd determined to run it.. 60mg will do the trick for what you want..

and a diet of -500 of your maintenance would be desirable..

what eating program are you doing?? have you tried intermittent fasting?? or paleo diet??

what oxy does for you is allows for muscle sparing in a caloric deficit diet, and the food you intake is really going to be what you are most interested in to achieve your goals..
 
Roids are not the answer. I wouldn't even touch a damn OTC fat burner until you get everything in check

Stuff like this makes those of us who take this lifestyle seriously look bad.

I would get some time and training back under your belt before I did a cycle.
For myself 60mg of ANAVAR daily is enough.
