Insulin and Myostatin

Radar I thought you died or something wtf you been hiding?

You won't Believe this but my Cousin Moved next door to me and needed internet access, so once she got it the idiots cut mine off... i was without computer access for the last 2 months, I was told my account did not exist ,yet they were happy to bill me each month.

Short version ...the last two months were spent giving everyone hell!

would be impossible to know the answer to this.

you would have to run this experiment on a bunch of people who came from the same backgrounds

my best guess would be it might work or it might not work... totally up in the air and i have no clue.. but just because it works for you this go around doesn't mean it will next and vice versa.

Strictly my opinion (not backed up by experience or science) is that adding in insulin at the 8-9 week mark when myostatin levels reach their peak, may buy you a little more time and LBM, but it would be short lived and myostatin would again take over. You may be able to make another couple week a of gains at most in my opinion. Whether or not that makes it worth doing or not is your call. In a sense, you are just delaying the inevitable outcome that myostatin will inhibit further gains, but there is merit to it if you are looking to maximize the most out of a cycle. I just thnk it wouldn't be much in additional benefit.

actually using Insulin the risks out weigh the rewards if anything if you want to keep increasing gains you need to A-add more protein

B- completely change routine and training intensity
Back off on cardio for a while

The use of insulin may have you insulin dependent so you may have to use it every day the rest of your life. So lot of risks involved as you get older including amputation of lower body parts(toes, Feet ,etc)I know this by
my vast experience in the medical field .

Of course this could be prevalent among diabetics that do not watch all their levels like they are supposed too. But how common is this among bodybuilders that use insulin? Are all top tier pros insulin dependent by the end of their careers?
