I'm beginning wk 6, and this has been one awesome 2nd cycle! Had the best chest workout today, strength and endurance thru the roof! Had to drag myself outta the gym. Really seeing a visual change in appearance this wk and up 16lbs already with a little water retention round the waistline but still have the outlines of my abs. Held off on using aromasin.
Here's my cycle :
1 - 13 test e 500mg/wk
1 - 12 eq 600mg/wk
1 - 6 dbols 40mg/ED
8 - 13 winny 50mg/ED
14 days after last shot = PCT
500iu HCG/10 days
Clomid
Nolvadex
1) Is 12 wks on EQ long enough or should I extend?
2) I'm not exactly sure when to start running the Winny...is wk 8 - 13 good?
3) I've been on a CLEAN bulking diet eating about 3500 calories/day. No cardio at all. Up 16lbs already. I've noticed a little bit of fat gain, could be the water retention from the dbols too, probably now at 11-12% BF.
When I start to run the Winny, can I change my diet to a lower calorie cutting diet to harden up and maximize the EQ vascularity as well?
Will I still put on gains on a lowered calorie diet or is Winny and EQ calorie dependent?
I'd plan to begin cardio in wk 8, 5 days/wk, would this all hinder my gains?
4) By not using an AI which combats the bloat and water retention, will it defeat the purpose of running EQ & WINNY to look hard and vascular?
5) Will the WINNY suck out any extra water retention?
