6'1 145 pounds next week im gonna be eating everyday
potatos and ground beef or steak. If i do the sweet potato thing one day is it okay to put sugar on em or something since im bulking.. What about Lots of ham and cheese sandwhichs and so on.
 
diamond, in every other fuckin post about bulking you say eat high protein!!!!! you have no clue what your saying in any of your posts. all you say is one word answers!!!!!

bonez, eat around 40/40/20. complex carbs, oatmeal, potatoes, rice, pasta, bread. and protein from chicken, steak, whey, eggs, cottage cheese. fats get from flax oil, and peanut butter. good luck bro!
