I need to lose some water weight for a fight on Sat and I have some 40mg Lasix pills.....What is the safest way to get down??? Weigh-ins are Sat around 5:00, and I will probably fight around 9:00. Does this leave enough "replenish" time to replace electrolytes??? What about taking it on Friday, and not eating/drinking until weigh in???
Keep in mind, I am not worried about being "flat" as a bodybuilder would be---I just want to lose 8-10#'s and be safe.
