I'm still not sold on ALA

I liked the analogy of if you didn't take ALA on a cycle and you gained 10lb of fat + 10lb. of muslce, net gain of 20lb. But if you did take ALA while on a cycle, your gains would be appoximately 6lb. of fat and 14lbs of muscle, netting 20lb.(but more quality mass).

But does it still work while off cycle? Can I take it just to take it, no roids at all? And still make good gains?

Not too mention I'm still not sold on its effectiveness, I mean after all it is still a "supplement" and anything legal probably doesn't work in the first place when it comes to muscle mass gains.

Has anyone reported results yet?


Im using ALA since two weeks, and my work out schedule is mess due to exterior factors, lets say in two instead of going to the gym 10 times I went 3 times.

Anyway at average 1000 to 1500mg per day of ALA, I can see a difference in my upper body bf and especially in the back. I like it so far,
