I don't see the big uproar...
I liked the analogy of if you didn't take ALA on a cycle and you gained 10lb of fat + 10lb. of muslce, net gain of 20lb. But if you did take ALA while on a cycle, your gains would be appoximately 6lb. of fat and 14lbs of muscle, netting 20lb.(but more quality mass).
But does it still work while off cycle? Can I take it just to take it, no roids at all? And still make good gains?
Not too mention I'm still not sold on its effectiveness, I mean after all it is still a "supplement" and anything legal probably doesn't work in the first place when it comes to muscle mass gains.
Has anyone reported results yet?
