I'm so drained from Martial Arts

I would split up the weight training and MT in different days. Too much training can be catabolic.

Even if you have to combine several body parts in a work-out and then next day MT.

That's my problem now training for the World championships, fighting 2-3days during the week and every single saturday...Sunday is recovery day..

I combined body parts on the days I don't fight/train and started to run right after the workout for increased endurance..

It's helped me recover and don't feel so drained..
