just wondering what you guys think. money is gonna be tight at least for a couple more weeks but ive still been training. but not eating enough to make gains at all.. ive actually lost size and strength, except on my incline bench of all things which has been gaining but thats it.
is there anything positive that can come from this? or am i better off not training without being able to recover good enough. will i still be adding definition to my muscles at least? or hardness?
