listen bro I have had two knee operations and was told to have a third, but opted to try to rehab it myself. If all it took you was to twist your knee one day and then you need to be talked in of the preverbial ledge from dropping weights, you might as well quit. I am sorry and I am sure others will disagree but what serious weight lifters do is more of a life style than a hobby. If your thinking about just throwing in the towel that easy your eventually gonna do it, you just need a better excuse apparently. I know guys that hit the weight hard that have had rotator cuff ops over and over but it doesnt stop them.
