Buy some Carlson's Finest lemon flavored liquid fish oil. It is quite tastey.

I can't take either fish oil or coQ10, or even eat a full piece of salmon, neither can my husband, gives us weird cardiac feelings, like our heartbeat is too powerful or something. He's had the full cardiac nuclear stress test thing and his heart's fine so I just deleted that particular item from our supplemental regime.

Anyway, before fish oil started making my heart feel odd, it would repeat on me. Taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach helped a lot.

actually I heard freeze them from a friend that take them for a skin disorder.

It's best to just refrigerate them and not freeze them.
