;) Hey bros, IM back to this board after about 1.5 yrs of break from posting. Just wanted to say hi to you all and, say that it is good to be back. Hopefully all the good bros and old timers are still here. My account Polfa/Jelfa does not let me post (just like it didnt after the site update over here 2 yrs ago) so i have a new account now PolfaJelfa (no hyphen). I hope to get my pics and avatars uploaded later on today. :wavey: :wavey:

PS: Its good to be back, i took a little time off lately and was injured but now its back to the board and GYM to get biger then ever before people, HURA!! BACK TO PUMP! ...YUP THIS SURE LOOKS LIKE THE OLD ELITE....IM HAVING PROBLEMS POSTING MY THREAD....RECIEVING ERRORS LIKE IN THE OLD DAYS, WOULD OF THOUGHT THE BOARD WAS FIXED UP A BIT BY NOW ;)

Nah, he was a white dude. Usually had himself in his Avi doing a Most-Muscular variation I believe. He changed it just before he "left"

He was a big white dude. Everything is still pretty much the same as far as I know lol..A lot of the ol guys are still around, just don't post as much

Had the same prob, the other week when i rejoined. There is a link under "pics of men" for customer service, i got in touch with them and they activated my old name.

Yeah, I think we're all officially back now. Good to see you bro. I haven't spoken to JC in God knows how long...probably over a year now. As for Mike, he's still around. We chilled a few weeks ago in the city. Still a crazy kid

Damn I remember all these guys form a couple years ago! I saw Mike PT post a couple days ago so hes still alive. Same for Canuck. I don't think they post as much in the AS forum as they use to. As for JC and Ziggy I havn't spoke to them in a LONG time. A year atleast. All good guys. Hope all goes well their way.

nah, you dont have to be Plat. What error did it give you? The image has to be a certain kb size and height and width i believe.

DO any of you guys know how some peeps can have nice bitches etc in avatars that are huge and look high resolution and yet i can only post a small crapy resolution avatar, do plats have better avatars?

Me?? Oh hellz yeah! I took A LOT of time off. Talking like over 2 yrs. It's just rough because I've had to take care of my dog for the last 2 weeks. I couldn't go to the gym straight after work, like I have been doing since like September, because I can't leave the guy alone for that long. I hate having to clean up piss and fecal matter after work...it sucks. But now it's good because everyone's back home. I would normally work out in my garage but it's fucking cold in there now.
 
Last winter I was lifting outside in Boston weather. I just wore a tight layer underneath and a few tees with basketball shorts and thick sweats. I actually enjoyed it a lot! Deadlifting sucked balls, but I figured out that throwing warm water on the bar took care of that, LMAO :evil:

2 yrs....shit bro..it ok though i was out for a little bit too..good thing is my mind got cured during tha ttime ..im not paranoid about ...seing bloat or being that small now though..lol...
Dont get me wrong i still se myself as small...but ever since i took soem time off and had some problems.( girl i was going to mary )..i look at everything diferently now....good thing is im fu&(_ing ready to seriously kick some ass in the gym now..... each day be4 i go to gym i get in front of the mirror and start screaming (literaly) you damn pussy look at you..you aint shit..punk....you shoudltn be juicing,,,, you are shit......psyches me up...then after tha ti hit th egym....im geting back in th egroove slowly though...muscle memory is a good thing..... my bodyfat went up thogh so im a fat ass now..lol
