Hey bros, IM back to this board after about 1.5 yrs of break from posting. Just wanted to say hi to you all and, say that it is good to be back. Hopefully all the good bros and old timers are still here. My account Polfa/Jelfa does not let me post (just like it didnt after the site update over here 2 yrs ago) so i have a new account now PolfaJelfa (no hyphen). I hope to get my pics and avatars uploaded later on today.

PS: Its good to be back, i took a little time off lately and was injured but now its back to the board and GYM to get biger then ever before people, HURA!! BACK TO PUMP! ...YUP THIS SURE LOOKS LIKE THE OLD ELITE....IM HAVING PROBLEMS POSTING MY THREAD....RECIEVING ERRORS LIKE IN THE OLD DAYS, WOULD OF THOUGHT THE BOARD WAS FIXED UP A BIT BY NOW
