I don't know who you are from Adam's off ox. And even if you are able to do one cycle and not touch it anymore, it is still a very bad idea. Your body is like a loaf of bread. You can't bake a loaf of bread in 10 minutes. First you must mix ingredients, then let the dough rise, then bake it. Right now you are in puberty and the dough is trying to rise. If you get in the oven too quick (by using juice in your teens) then you end up with a shitty loaf of bread.
You need to think about what your goals are, and why you want to take juice. Is is just to make the football team, to make it to a college team, to make it to the NFL? If you have any real aspirations for the latter two, then taking juice this young is the best way to fuck that up. Guys that make it in big time football are still growing when they get out of high school. If you start juicing now, you are not giving yourself a chance.
As Chris Rock says, "Life is not short, life is long . . . especially if you make the wrong decisions" This is a chance for you to make the right call. Hold off on the juice.
And another thing. Your workout is terrible for football, or any sport where you need power and speed. I am not trying to piss off my bodybuilding brethren on the board, but football is about functionality, not bulging muscles. Go to the powerlifting board, and find out how to get strong and explosive. This will cause your lifts to go up, and will greatly improve your ability to play football, without juice.
someone training properly and clean will whip the shit out of someone training improperly with all the juice in the world. Since taking up powerlifting 11 months ago, my bench has gone from 355 to 505+. I know what I am talking about here.
