Im 16 with Fina on the way

Dude, don't juice at 16. You will be fucking yourself up for the long term, and there is absolutely no reason to do it. Wait till your 20's. The results will be better, you won't fuck yourself up, and in the long run, you will be much better off.

I was 26 before I touched anything. And I had 10 years of hard training under my belt at that time. Don't even think of it till in your 20's with at least 5 years of hard training behind you.

i havnt read the responses yet but all i have to say is HELL no dont do it. FINA is by far one of the most androgenic compounds you can deal with. stick with creatine/glutamine and a shit load of calories!

Tuesday: Arms / Chest
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Chest / Shoulders

Well heres my diet and workout...ive constantly been going down on weights..especially bench press..if not fina then I will do something...will anyone help me out?..if not then I'll just go at it alone..

Breakfast:
4eggs+yolk
3 scoops protein shake
2 buttered sloces of whole wheat bread
1 peice of fruit

Lunch:
3 scoops protein shake
1 peice fruit
1 Chicken Breast
1 Can of Tune
1 Turkey Sandwhich

Dinner:
1 160z Steak
1 Baked Potato with butter
3 scoops protein shake

Snacks:
Turkey Sandwhich
1 peice of fruit
1 Large salad with little dressing
16 oz milk
 
Heres my workout:

Monday - Chest/Biceps

Incline Bench Press: 1x20 (warm-up/pre-exhaust), 3x8
Incline DB Press: 3x8
Incline DB Flyes: 2x10
Flat DB Flyes: 2x10
Flat DB Bench: 3x8

Barbell Curls: 1x12, 1x10, 1x8, 1x6, 1x4
Seated Incline DB Curls: 2x8
Single Arm DB Preacher Curls: 2x10


Tuesday - Quads/Hams/Calves

Barbell Squats: 1x12, 1x10, 1x8, 2x6
Leg Extension/Leg Press Supersets: 3x12/8

Stiff Legged Deadlifts: 1x12, 1x10, 3x8
Hamstring Curls: 3x8

Standing Calve Raises: 3x8/12 Dropsets


Wednesday - Rest (Light Cardio/Abs at most)


Thursday - Delts/Triceps

Military Press: 1x12, 3x8
Seated DB Press: 3x6
DB Lat Raise/Front Raise Supersets: 2x10/10

Skullcrushers: 1x12, 3x8
Rope Pressdowns: 3x8
Straight Bar Pulldowns: 2x12


Friday - Back/Traps

Deadlifts: 1x10, 1x8, 3x6
Barbbell Row: 1x10, 1x8, 1x6
Low Cable Row: 2x8
Wide Grip Pulldowns: 2x10
DB Shrugs: 1x12, 1x10, 3x8


Satuday & Sunday - Rest
 
oh and I used DNP already and LOOK IM ALIVE...I did this

Day 1-3 200mg
Day 4-7 400mg

I used these

Taurine
Pyruvate
Ala
Potassium Gluconate
Magnesium
Calcium
Selenium
Iron

Just because Im young doesnt mean im stupid...and whatever steroid I do I was going to it ONE time for 6 weeks to get strong for football...and trust me I HAVE the will power to do it ONCE...no matter what you guys think I KNOW that I could do ONE 6 week cycle and stop there

Whatthefuck ever dude, go ahead and throw some anadrol and halo in along with that fina. Since you have been working out for 12 months I guess you know exactly how your body works.

And by the way, Im sure 99.9994643452% of the people on this board KNEW that they would do only one cycle.

Also, I just noticed your diet. Having worked out for 12 months, you should know that the most protein the average body can absorb in one sitting is +/- 50 grams, yet you have like 300 grams of protein per meal it looks like.

But, we all know that you wont listen to what we tell you, so go right ahead.

You are a freaking idiot if you use Fina at 16. You are at the peak of your natural test and

YOU ARE GOING TO FUCK IT UP....

The smartest thing you can learn is that you don't know shit!!

YOU HAVE TO EAT!!!!

Eat 4000 calories a day and give it a few months..

Don't try to get bigger and cut at the same time...You have to focus on one or the other to maximize results.

Eat at least 3500 calories a day and use 40% carbs 30% protein and 30% fat.

DO NOT JUICE.

Ive been lifting for over 3 years...ive been lifting strictly for football for only one..unless u guys have first hand experience of starting at 16 and fucking urself up i dont think you should be saying I will
