If you can improve 1 muscle, would it be your traps, dick, chest, biceps, calves?

Even though I could probably get work at fitness model now if I wanted. If I had better bi's I'd probably make a lot of money and be a fool not to.

How tall are you?

Male fitness models are generally NOT as tall as fashion.

Male fitness models are usually 5'9". If you want some basic info on how to get started I bumped a thread about it on the women's training forum.
 
chest. . .even when i ballooned up to 240-something, i still couldn't bench 315. . .crapped out at 310 :(

Biceps for me also. I have a decent chest and calves thanks to genetics. Traps have been brought up to par and my dick is just fine. My biceps could use some work I pound them have tried everything they still lag. O well .

bi's and pecks for me. Don't have that muscle popping out yet. Pecks just don't show stryations.(sp)
