I'd travel the US training at the best gyms with the best trainers out there, trying to learn somthing from each. I'd find my niche and settle in with the comercial gym I got the most from.

Oh, I'm sacrificing some things to build my home gym. I can't wait for my plates, bars, and treadmill to arrive. If you find a good site, it isn't that expensive. I reccommend megafitness.com. Yes, I guess its alot to put out at once, but in the long run, its cheaper than a commercial gym.

I can't wait to get up, have my shake, lift in whatever I want to lift in, listen to what I want to listen to, not hear people on their cell phone, etc.

Home Gym...but since money is no object, I'd keep my membership, just to have an occasional change of pace
