Life is funny. Usually when you judge others, whatever it is you are judging them for, you end up doing yourself at some point--or maybe you've done it already. We're all just doing our best--some of us have less to work with than others. Some of us come from painful places, some of us don't. Usually when something REALLY pisses us off, it's because it pushes a deep seeded button in us. Maybe everyone should just think about WHY they get so worked up over this stuff. Do you really want to be the kind of person that says the things that have been said here? If you don't like what you see in others, just be grateful for the things you like about your life rather than being angry at someone else for what you percieve they are lacking.

I hear you. I wasn't intending to give respect to a woman for being normal... if that is how I was interpreted it, then I apologize. I have respect for a woman (or anyone) who has to fight against odds to get something in life that others can just walk into. Of course, a whiny woman who complains all the time about being held down and doesn't have the necessary skills doesn't get any respect from me... nor sympathy. It is the professional woman, who works hard, is intelligent and is STILL held back only because she is a woman that aggrevates me.

The same can be said about minorities or other factors...
