I just woke up about 20 minutes ago. Had 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and a protein drink with creatine, a multivitamin and some r-ala. Now I'm gonna have a cup of coffee, get in the shower and wash my nasty ass self, brush my teeth, get ready and go to the gym to work legs and chest. Now that I'm not working, I stay up until 5 or 6 am and get up around 1 or 2 p.m. p.s. I feel worthless today. I need to do some good deeds.

Keep up the good work, we'll reach 200 by the end of the day.

chest & legs is a big workout. good thing you slept all day
