get your diet in check, study how to train, rest, take BCAAs, MVI then we can talk some juice.

I believe that is the first option we tell people. But No one wants to listen to it anymore, they want the fast easy fix. Many people think they eat right and stuff but if they actually wrote down their diet the would realize they eat like crap. You can't eat any fast food if you are on a diet and trying to cut weight. I know a few guys that say they are on a diet and I'll come over and they'll have burger king on the table. The new age of kids don't want to listen to the actual real good advice of being more disciplined.

yeah. The good old advices are still around. The problem is, young newbies have easy access to steroids now more than ever before. Everything has changed in the last 5-7 years. The world stop spinning for one day on 9/11 but the reality is, everything changed after that; this is a different world. Steroids became popular and available, and we know from years ago how many newbies post here every day asking how to use this or that, how much, etc...they already have everything on hand and THEY WILL USE IT NO MATTER WHAT WE TELL THEM. That's how those advices were given less and less over time. We reached a point where giving those advices was useless, because they will get the information anyways somewhere else on the net.

Suposedly after the big steroid bust this year, steroids market should be under control now so hopefully innocent young kids don't have easy access to them anymore.


Giving free access to steroids to the people, is like throwing guns into a cage of monkeys. If monkeys know how to use weapons, they will be absolutely safe; if they don't know, they will kill each other. With steroids, the same. Not that people will kill each other but undiscriminated, ignorant and uneducated use could bring catastrophic consequences to the society.

I am glad to see it still here. i still ove this board as you can tell by me logging on daily. I dont think some people who post alot on here give that advice out like it used to be.

I agree and i'll be the first to say that I dont do as much as I should to help out sometimes, but after a while when you hear the same question being asked over and over and over again you just get tired of copying your response from the first time the question was asked and pasting it into the new thread. WOW glad this is not english class cause that was a long ass sentence.

I have learned alot on here myself but am no where near the knowledge to give advice on roids. i have no problem with teh medical side. I try and contribute that way. and give head too. that always seems to help. Im kidding.
