500 mg niacin
1000 mg guggul extract (resin)
w/ lunch 500 mg niacin sustained release
1000 mg guggul extract
w/dinner same as lunch
small bowl of oatmeal at breakfast
and a glass of metamucil at night (fiber)
this may be overkill to some, but it may be easier on the body DURING a cycle then Rx cholesterol meds.
