I lost all my fat thanks to this steroid

Not really, for all people who have have that extra layer of fat coming on the boards for one post to ask which steroid makes you loose fat, stop!
thinking winstrol, anavar mast ect is going make fat melt off is wrong, these compounds help your muscles harden and shred up. The key to loosing weight is diet, exercise and sleep, not steroids. Although there are great aids in this journey such as appetite suppressers (phentermine) which I do recommend, steroids Is not the key. Take this from me I am not a 230lbs guy with 10% bf however I used to be one of those guys who went to gym started gaining muscles had that extra layer of fat (around 24%) and looked around and saw all these dudes with ripping muscles and low fat, I believed steroids was the key...it wasn't, I am now at 185-190 and 12% bf for most people who clicked this because of the title I will tell you how in the most simplest of terms. I continued Gyming it hard followed by cardio, I changed my eating habbits and I slept like a baby. Of course this this didn't happen over night. so please stopping asking questions In this section of the board if weight lose is your main aim there is great threads if you scroll down more!

I gotta say I looked because of the title, not in support either but to argue the against the title.

Spot fat reduction is not a myth. They way our bodies carry fat is directly related to varying hormone levels in our bodies. Especially as we age we may find that we have "trouble" areas where we just cant seem to lose fat.

When I was younger never payed much attention to sleep, I just got by with what I got. As I got older I have found that I have a skin fold testing shows a disproportionately higher skin folds in certain areas and for me its on the abs. This is generally directly related to cortisol/adrenal fatigue/poor sleep.

If your having problems with some stubborn fat on your midsection try some products for a good nights sleep such as ZMA, inositol, melatonin etc and give it a couple months, you would be surprised at how just getting a good night sleep can help you lose stubborn fat.....not to mention gain muscle.
 
I've said many times that steroids do not directly burn fat. They can be a factor, but when I see fat asses asking about "cutting cycles" I can only sigh and move on.

I agree, steroids don't make you burn fat. I just told someone this in the winstrol thread, who claims winstrol burns fat, total fallacy...
 
Actually Trenbolone has been shown to "burn" fat... It has thermogenic properties.

i've run tren twice and did not 'burn fat'.. i just don't see it.. if that was true and it was a thermogenic as you say how come you gain muscle on it? doesn't make much sense to me. the only thing i noticed regarding fat loss on tren is that it suppressed my appetite to the point i felt naseous eating a large meal, perhaps this is why people claim it helps burn fat. all they had to do was reduce their portions on their own, hard to do since most americans eat nothing but fast food and restaurant large portions.
 
Tren doesn't burn fat. I have run numerous tren cycles and finishing one now. That is a misconception. Diet and Cardio burn fat. Some thermogenics aid in the fat burning process but unless you get off of your ass and put in work you will remain fat. Tren produces lean muscle gains without water retention which makes it a incredible tool in the aas arsenal.

Good Thread. Nothing burns fat like Diet and Cardio together. I know this because I use to be a 300 pound slob. Diet and cardio got me down to 200 pounds not the steroids. When I got down to 14% I was thinking yes I will do winny and cut the rest out. I learned that to me doing any kind of winny is a waste until your down to about 10% if you REALY wanna see good results. This is just me. I was able to get down to just under 3% for my last show by using winny/tren/mast/prop along with clen and t3. ALWAYS on the clean diet though. Cardio was 2 a days. Oh by the way I'm 47 years old so it was fricken hard.
