My questions concern the use of ALA in a cutting phase and they are:
1. What's the proper dosing? Is it 10 mg per each gram of carbohydrate or is there some other dosing protocol?
2. Timing. The info I'm coming up with is right before meals. Is that any meal or just meals that contain carbs and is the timing procedure I mentioned correct?
For the record, I did use the search and I gathered a ream of info. I'm just a little fuzzy on these 2 points, as I've seen many different systems in use. I'm just trying to figure out what the current information has to say about these issues. Thanks to all who chime in!
