I kind of asked this before, but want to ask again. Its a question about squat form.

Aside from the obviouse bad form, what is wrong with using your toes to push off with? You can go a lot lower this way, at least I can, and I feel it works my mucles much more then using the correct form where i only go parallel to the ground. I have a much easier time keeping my back straight as well. Will this wreck my knees, or not make me grow as much or what? Thanks.

Bingo

It happens though you push with you toes sometimes to keep your balance, its not that bad just don't make it a habit.

Experiment with light weight to get used to the form, you should always push from your heel not the toes. If you are forced to push with your toes this means you have bad form. As your body is getting pulled forward. So start with light weight and practive doing the full motion while only pushing with the heels, you will find this will save your knees and work your quads much better with less weight equaling greater leg mass.
