That shift fucked me up. Never liked sleeping during the day. Never felt 100% till the day before I had to go back. String a bunch of them together and I was a walking zombie. Oh and trying to stay healthy? Shit. I was eating like shit, training like shit and sleeping like shit. Definitely was not the shift for me. More power to those that can handle it well. We need you guys.
