Got a promotion, raise and just for a bonus they threw in my own Rig. Patterson 17, only about 20 minutes from home. They even had it painted Bronco orange and blue for me.
Also got some good news from the District Manager about me going DD in a year or so. He said he is fast-tracking me to that position.
One step closer.
DD is a huge raise and about two tons more responsibility thrown on my shoulders but what the hell. Overseas DD makes around 2k/day and works 28days on/off all expenses paid. I could learn to live with that.
Now I can't call myself a worm anymore. Guess I will have to go with Scot's Directional Dick now lol.
They must be desperate to make me a lead hand, or I am such a standout they just couldn't stop themselves.
I am going with desperation.
Wanted to include some pictures, since most of you have no clue what I am talking about but my digi cam seems to have disappeared.
Even this muddy swamp can't spoil my mood now. Give a day and it will again maybe.
