agreed. Ive done that in the past when I was in unhealthy relationships. Me being malicious, him being malicious = recipe for disaster. But no way in hell is it everr justified for someone to lay their hands on another and cause physical harm or injury or pain.

Never have I seen it justified someone hurting someone else just because they cant take the heat of the argument. I have seen women jumping on their bf/husband first too. That is wrong as well. Fight with words if you have to do it that bad, but dont raise a hand. Kick the pillow or the couch or something if you cant control yourself - but never ever raise a hand on another human being

Well, I filled out the affidavit and just told my story. I wouldn't have called 911, but I thought he was really going to hurt me badly. At this point, is up to the prosecutor. I don't have any choice what charges are brought, but the cop that came said that he viewed it as pretty a pretty violent attack. I won't lie for him, though, no matter what. I take sworn oaths very seriously, and I'm not going to be one of those wimpy women who recants what they clearly know is the truth.

I'm sorry, but I don't think that people like this can be rehabilitated. If they change it's because they were made to, & hide their flaws, until they excape again. He needs to be not breathing.
