Struggled to get the preworkout meal in today and threw nearly 1/4 out. Tirzepatide has crushed my ability to eat and I’m feeling like I’ve just eaten, even though it’s been three and a bit hours. Dreading dinner, but hoping another hour or two moves things along enough.

Yeah this is why I tend to recommend people do daily injections, its much easier to moderate how you feel and you can adjust accordingly, if you go too hard too soon with weekly injections it can be quite uncomfortable.

Definitely would have helped 😅

hard to eat bro tirzepatide cuts appetite big
any nausea? @hypogaeum
No nausea exactly, but it was a struggle to get my meals in yesterday. Felt a bit like I would throw up if I kept forcing my meals in (even though it was the same meals from my plan that I’ve been having without issues).
Forgot to take a photo of the vials, but have put a reminder in for tonight.

Semaglutide heavy nausea, I think tirzepatide is much better in that aspect. @hypogaeum

40 minute session today. Few program changes next week that will likely have me in there a little longer going forward.

And photo of the tirz from @ZenithHealth (have been keeping it in the fridge, so the cloudiness is the cold glass, and not any issue with the product).

Was hoping to get some squats and RDLs done today as well, but ran a bit short on time.
Of the exercises that I did do, either weights or reps are up all across the board which is encouraging.

@hypogaeum you are looking great on this update man. if weights are moving up that is a good sign!

@hypogaeum bro RDL's are the best. plus i like squats and hardcore real men training. this an iron training session!

@hypogaeum Bros. This is a good style of training. I like the different exercises and I like the leg routine.

Get the squats done soon

Nice little warmup set on the incline bench to get things firing, and then into the workout.

Things are feeling good, and the addition of some cardio in the evenings (pushing kids in the pram around the streets) has been a nice, low impact way to get the steps up.

@hypogaeum Not a bad workout. All Things Considered just keep the grind, going don't get down on yourself.

@hypogaeum Great job on this, the squats and deadlifts are on point. Very encouraging setup. Keep pushing things.

Did you even read the workout and comment?
@hypogaeum Bros. I'm trying to encourage you. Any workout is good. Better than sitting at home on the couch and eating potato chips.
Just keep the grind going and stay positive.

Just an update on the Tirzepatide very kindly supplied by @ZenithHealth.
Comparing it to pharmacy supplied Mounjaro, I’ve found it as aggressive out of the gate, absolutely crushing any hunger and making it almost difficult to get food in, however, it does drop off a bit faster than I remember and day 5 the effects are completely gone (not sure if it’s possible that the tolerance I built up on my previous use, last year, has hung around?), so I’m thinking a micro-dosing application might be a better approach.
Will try splitting my next dose into two to see how that changes things.

Tried a scoop of Pump Juice as part of my intra-workout, off the back of one of the guys suggesting it, and it did not disappoint! Should have had an additional hamstring movement in there, which was skipped due to time constraints (poor planning on my part), but what was done felt really good, and pump was killer.

@hypogaeum Good updates so far bro.....

Good number of steps over the weekend with the family, but felt good to be back in the gym today.
Bloods at the end of this week will dictate whether I bring the proposed blast forward by 4 weeks or stick with the original plan.
Really happy to see things continuing to improve (as they should, being on 280mg of androgens per week).
Tirzepatide from @ZenithHealth split into equal dosages across the week has been a good change. Any hunger or cravings that occasionally popped up have completely gone but I’m still able to get my calories in each day.

Cardio:
25 minutes of low intensity walking at lunchtime.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout meal included PB2, mixed berries, rice flour, and two scoops of whey protein for a total of 532 calories.
Intra was 1 scoop of Pump Juice.

Recovery:
Slept 7 hours and 3 minutes last night. Sleep quality has been consistent since moving to the current cruise dosages. Felt fully recovered heading into this session.

Current PEDs:
Test E 140mg/week
Mast E 140mg/week

Current Health Supplements:
Citrus Bergamot 1000mg/day
Vitamin D3 5000IU/day
Vitamin K2 180mcg/day

MagCalm pre-bed

Other Notes:
Still running Tirzepatide. Took 2.5mg on 7 May which felt a bit much, then adjusted to 1.25mg on the 14th and 17th which has been more manageable. Will continue with that dose until the supply is finished. Bloods were done this morning and results are expected soon. Gut health feels slightly off- some discomfort and gurgling at night, so will reassess foods that are being eaten in the afternoon/ evening to see what can be improved. No other issues to note.

@hypogaeum easy test mast cycle dude not bad, tirzepatide will be easier as you run it longer, and if you got the gut issues you need to add more psyllium husk to the diet.

@hypogaeum bro this is a great session i like it. you won't go wrong with this. next i want to see what you can do going forward with growth

Have just received bloodwork back. Thankfully, everything is in a really good space and I'm actually in a position where I could blast again. Only flag was creatinine, but I did train the evening before so it's not surprising (I'll time it a bit better next time and do it after a weekend off, rather than the morning after an evening workout). Areas in orange are my own formatting as they're things I want to keep an eye on and improve.

Thinking I'll leave the PEDs as they are for now. Tempting to increase the test to 175mg/week (up from 140mg) to increase test to the upper end of the range and to bring E2 up slightly, but I'm making good progress in the gym as it is and things are feeling good. Generally, I've needed my E2 at the higher end of the reference range (or even slightly higher) to feel good, but things feel sweet at the moment!

All in all, very happy with the gear. Comparing my numbers to mid-last year when I was on 150mg Bayer Test E, the numbers are down slightly, but I'm running a little less now, and I understand that there are a bunch of factors than play into what would be classed as standard deviation.

Had planned day one of my next blast to be 21/7. This will now be 30/6 (starting in just over 5 weeks).

Triceps, Chest, Shoulders
Morning Weight: 107.55 kg

Training Overview:
Session focused on triceps, chest and shoulders. Movements included overhead triceps extensions (EZ bar and dumbbell), close grip bench press, incline bench press and dumbbell shrugs. Session moved along without issue and everything felt on track. Pump was consistent and focus was solid throughout.

Cardio:
20 minute walk at lunchtime.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout meal included tuna with oven-dried tomato and basil and a jasmine rice cup for a total of 310 calories.

Pre-workout drink was 1 scoop of Disorder and 1 scoop of Pump Juice.

Intra was 1 scoop of Pump Juice.

Recovery:
Slept 7 hours and 2 minutes last night. Felt fine going into training. No recovery issues to report.

Current PEDs:
Test E 140mg/week
Mast E 140mg/week

Current Health Supplements:
Citrus Bergamot 1000mg/day
Vitamin D3 5000IU/day
Vitamin K2 180mcg/day
Digestive enzymes with breakfast, lunch and dinner
MagCalm pre-bed

Other Notes:
Bloodwork came back and was shared earlier in the day. Made the call to hold test and mast steady at 140mg/week each, even though a slight increase to 175mg Test E would likely nudge test and E2 up (and still be within range). Blast will now start 30 June. 1.25mg Tirzepatide injection going in tonight. Everything else tracking well.

@hypogaeum Thanks for sharing such a detailed update! It's clear you're putting a lot of thought and effort into tracking your training, nutrition, recovery, and other factors. It's good that you've had blood work done and are awaiting results. This is a crucial step for monitoring your health! you're on the right track by planning to reassess your food intake in the afternoon/evening. Sometimes specific foods or eating patterns can contribute to digestive discomfort.

Morning Weight: Not recorded

Training Overview:
Early morning session again. Covered overhead triceps extensions (EZ bar and rope), close grip bench, incline bench press, and shrugs. Strength was solid across triceps movements, but incline bench felt off today- unsure if it was from being fasted or coming in with too much tricep fatigue upfront. Will reassess next session and consider reducing weight to clean up form and target chest more effectively.

Cardio:
20 minute walk planned for lunchtime.

Nutrition & Supps:
No pre-workout meal. Pre-workout drink was 2 scoops of Oxyshred.
Post-workout meal included full cream milk, 2 scoops whey, Milo porridge, and mixed berries (623 cals, 42% carbs / 17% fat / 41% protein).

Recovery:
Slept 7 hours last night. Felt like solid quality sleep, with no noticeable fatigue heading into the session.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Other Notes:
Nothing new to report. All else is tracking well and focus is on refining execution ahead of next phase.
Wish my sleep was on point last night

@hypogaeum the early morning session is the best way to do it. You get it out of the way, right off the bat and then the rest of the day, you don't feel guilty. training fasted you will have more energy but strength will come down a bit as your muscles are more flat. completley normal and nothing to be worried about

@hypogaeum It's always impressive when you're getting at least 7 hours of quality sleep. I think 7 to 8 hours is optimal but it's also important to get good quality as well. That's even more important than getting a lot of sleep.

@hypogaeum Love this style of training. Get it out of the way early in the day and make sure that you're mixing. Things up, that keeps things fun and it keeps things exciting. So you don't get bored.
