@Mk11kh much respect on this one. the cycle looks pretty strong. just tren alone is a good one, so adding more is gonna be outstanding

Just finished my workout!

Shoulders and triceps

  • Face pulls rope 30lbs 4x20
SUPERSET
  • Overhead rope tricep extension 30lbs 4x20
  • Reverse pec dec 40lbs 4x20
SUPERSET
  • DB Skullcrushers 5lbs 4x20
  • Seated lateral raise machine 45lbs 4x15
SUPERSET
  • EZ bar tricep push down 30lbs 4x15
  • Single arm rope front raises 20lbs 3x10
  • Single arm DB row 5lbs 3x12
Post incline treadmill 30 mins
