Was hoping to get some squats and RDLs done today as well, but ran a bit short on time.
Of the exercises that I did do, either weights or reps are up all across the board which is encouraging.

@hypogaeum bro RDL's are the best. plus i like squats and hardcore real men training. this an iron training session!

@hypogaeum Bros. This is a good style of training. I like the different exercises and I like the leg routine.

Get the squats done soon
 
Nice little warmup set on the incline bench to get things firing, and then into the workout.

Things are feeling good, and the addition of some cardio in the evenings (pushing kids in the pram around the streets) has been a nice, low impact way to get the steps up.

@hypogaeum Sometimes we run short on time. It's okay. You can hit it harder on the next workout, split.
