Now i definitely busted my ass over the years, but im not gonna lie to anyone. Ill say being an athletic endomorph by my own judgement, I had fairly good strength and size genetics. Within the first year of my training i was benching 3 plates without juice. But when it comes to losing fat and getting ripped, thats where i really have to bust ass. Its so hard for me to lose even a pound its shitty.
Anyways, Im curious as to where many of you stand genetic-wise. My decision to use juice was based on the fact that i wanted to maintain muscle while losing fat, the area my genetics are weak in.
