So should you use ginger on cutting and is the GNC version an extract or powder?

powder only.... extract is too harsh for most people.. and is more for travel sickness (even then it is often to harsh)..

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations to buy cheap Ginger root ?

I'm in Singapore and the GNC here is charging about USD $14 for only 60caps, 1000mg.

I've tried sourcing for online sites, but mostly the shipping charges are exorbitant.

Any recommendations ? Please...
