How to Eat more protein

macro - any opinions on candied ginger? Other than the sugar coating, I understand it works as well as fresh ginger, powdered, capsules, tea, etc... I think 2 pieces = 500mg ginger

bought me a pound...gonna try it out for a while

if it works, I may even re-introduce sesamax into my regimen
