1/2 c. lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 sc. ON 100% Whey Protein
1 tbsp ANPB
1/2 c. raspberries
The macro profile is something like:
42% protein
32% carbs
26% fat
calories: 330
I figure the problem areas might be the sugar in the yogurt and milk, but I think the yogurt has maybe 4g of sugar and the milk is probably in the same ballpark.
