How often do you guys train each body part whilst on AAS?

On AA's I work out 6-7 days a week. Overtraining? Maybe...but I have nothing better to do.

My workout days are as such..

(1)chest/tri's/abs
(2)back/lats/traps/bi's/abs
(3)legs/abs jog 2 miles at the park afterwards
(4)shoulders/bi's/abs

repeat...

I start out every exercise VERY light(like 25lbs) and do about 25reps to lubricate my joints. Then I pyramid up to max and back down for about 8-10 reps each. Usually about 6 or 7 sets. I stretch between EVERY set. I am very careful about not getting injured so thats why I do this. Injuries suck big time and can ruin a cycle and put you behind the power curve for months.

stretching between sets is not good for you. dc's method does not call for stretching between every set if that is where the idea originated from. what you are actually doing is shutting the stretch reflex of the tendons and ligaments and sort of hindering the cns response so you leave joints more susceptible to injury. a new study was just done on this.

Interesting. Definitely news to me.

Can anyone else confirm this?

I heard about it a few years ago.You could go to bodybuilding.com and look at some articles about it.I stretch after workouts. Also slow joint rotation before you lift helps lube them up(your joints).
