Jesus. In my book, anything over 275 is a monster military press.

About 2-3 months ago you'd mentioned a torn pec...you're healed up and rolling again, I assume?

It's a lot better than it was. It's not 100%, but that's just powerlifting.

start at 145 then 185 then 205 then 225 try to do atleast 6-10 reps depending on if im on or not

I'm already back.

Heh. Unlike someone I know, you don't mince words... ;)

Anyway, good. As I recall, you've got a very impressive total. Gotta be nice to work at moving it up again.

yes it is. thanks man.

I'm not too big on shoulder presses with a bar. To the front feels funny, and behind the neck feels funny. Ideally I wish I could bring a bar down right through the middle of my skull, but I can't unfortunately. So I use db's or sometimes machine presses.

I did 315 a few weeks ago. Freeweight, seated. Got to 3 reps before racking it. I probably could have hit another 2 reps. But your shoulder girdle is not designed to handle that kind of weight.

I have a thread on it on the C & C forum.
